Summer menu

We have composed a new menu for the summer of 2021, we have focused on light and fresh tastes with as many local ingredients as possible.


  • Carrot ginger soup with fresh coriander & pan bread
  • Breaded zucchini sticks with coleslaw & rucola pesto
  • Mini burger with salsa & feta cheese
  • Smoked fish with chutney & tortilla


Main courses 

  • Beer battered cod filet with kale salad and tartar sauce
  • Honey lemon glazed salmon filet with avocado remoulade.
  • Lamb medallions with chimichurri sauce & roasted paprika
  • Reindeer steak with Jerusalem artichoke puree & hasselback potatoes
  • Quiche with walnuts, sun-dried tomatoes, leek, spinach, paprika & feta cheese (Vegetarian)
  • Herb crusted cauliflower steak with pesto & balsamico tomatoes (Vegan)



  • Mango coconut parfait
  • Chocolate brownie with fruit gelato
  • Chef’s surprise


* You will be given the option to choose between two starters and two mains before your check in.
